Do you only place Filipino virtual assistants?
We recruit globally rather than from a single country. If timezone overlap or a specific market is what matters for your role, say so in the brief and the shortlist will reflect it.
Can I still interview candidates myself?
Yes, and you should. We do the sourcing and vetting so the shortlist is short, but the hiring decision is always yours, you interview and you choose.
How do I pay an overseas assistant legally?
Through us, that is handled: global payroll management, contracting, and compliance are included in the 4-week rate. If you hire directly through a job board, arranging compliant payment and the correct working relationship is your responsibility.
